There have been a few articles to have hit the blogosphere about mutantkind coming to life be it the tabloid favorite’s Bat Boy or even the genetically superior Chernobyl children (which will be the team name of the first superhero book i will write for Marvel), but this is the first example I’ve seen of homo superior not being so much on the “homo” part.

It seems as though vagrant street dogs in Russia have gained abilities beyond what most canines should be able to do. While said abilities may not be optic blasts or controlling the weather but they are impressive nonetheless.
